Certain Licenses and Permits. On or prior to the Distribution Date, all licenses, permits and authorizations issued by Governmental Authorities which exclusively relate to the ALTISOURCE Business but which are held in the name of OCWEN or any of its Subsidiaries (other than ALTISOURCE or any of its Subsidiaries), or any of their respective employees, officers, directors, stockholders, agents, or otherwise, on behalf of ALTISOURCE (or its Subsidiaries) shall, to the extent Transferable and to the extent not requiring a consent, approval or authorization for such Transfer, be Transferred by OCWEN to ALTISOURCE (or its Subsidiaries).
