Certain Financial Data. Seller has provided the financial data set forth in Section 5.12 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule (the “Financial Data”) to Parent, which Parent has used to generate a Statement of Revenue and Direct Expenses and Seller will provide underlying Financial Data to support Parent’s preparation of a Statement of Assets Transferred and Liabilities Assumed.
