Common use of Certain Distributions to Owner Participant Clause in Contracts

Certain Distributions to Owner Participant. All amounts from time to time distributable by Mortgagee to Owner Participant pursuant to the Trust Indenture shall, if paid to Owner Trustee, be distributed by Owner Trustee to Owner Participant in accordance with the provisions of Article III of the Trust Indenture; PROVIDED, that any payments received by Owner Trustee from (a) Lessee with respect to Owner Trustee's fees and disbursements or (b) Owner Participant pursuant to Section 7 shall not be paid over to Owner Participant but shall be retained by Owner Trustee and applied toward the purpose for which such payments were made.
