Certain Covenants of DST Regarding its Compliance Programs. (1) DST shall implement the policies and perform the procedures set forth in the Compliance Programs and shall implement and maintain internal controls and procedures reasonably necessary to insure that DST’s employees, including any sub-contractors selected by DST, act in accordance with the Compliance Programs.
