Common use of Certain Comments Clause in Contracts

Certain Comments. The Employee agrees to refrain from making now or at any time in the future any derogatory comment concerning the Employer or any Affiliate of the Employer or any of their respective current or former officers, directors or employees which, directly or indirectly, could lead to impairment, disruption or loss of the Employer’s business to any extent, except as may be required by law. The Employee agrees that his obligation under this Section 10.3 shall continue during and after his employment with the Employer and shall remain in full force and effect in perpetuity.
