Certain Basic Lease Terms. As used herein, the following terms ------------------------- shall have the meaning specified below: a. Floor(s) on which the Premises are located: Eleventh (11th) and twelfth (12th) floors. b. Lease term: Approximately five (5) years and two (2) months, commencing on the date Landlord delivers the Premises to Tenant (the "Commencement Date") and ending on the last day of the sixtieth (60th) full calendar month after the Rent Commencement Date (as defined in Paragraph 2.c. below)(the "Expiration Date").
