Certain Assumptions relating to Portfolio Investments and the Advances. (a) For purposes of all calculations and related reports hereunder, any Portfolio Investment for which the trade date in respect of a sale thereof by the Company has occurred, but the settlement date for such sale has not occurred, shall be considered to be owned by the Company until such settlement date.
