Common use of Certain Amendments to the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Certain Amendments to the Credit Agreement. As of the Effective Date, and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2 (Conditions to Effectiveness) hereof: (a) Section 1.01 (Defined Terms) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following definitions in such Section 1.01 in the appropriate place to preserve the alphabetical order of the definitions in such Section 1.01 (and, if applicable, the following definitions shall replace in their entirety existing definitions for the corresponding terms in such Section 1.01):
