Other than as set forth on Schedule 2.18, there are no receivables of the Company owing by directors, officers, employees, consultants or shareholders of Company or Seller, or owing by any Affiliate of any director or officer of Company or Seller, other than advances in the ordinary course of business to officers, employees or consultants for reimbursable business expenses, and advances to employees for reimbursable personal expenses not exceeding $25,000 in the aggregate.
