Common use of Certain Activities Clause in Contracts

Certain Activities. Executive will not while employed by Employer and thereafter, directly or indirectly, hire, offer to hire, entice away or in any other manner persuade or attempt to persuade any officer, employee, agent, lessor, lessee, licensor, licensee, customer, prospective customer, supplier or shareholder or prospective shareholder of Employer to discontinue or alter her or its relationship with Employer.
