CENTRE ACCESS Clause Samples

CENTRE ACCESS. All Members must hold a Membership Card, issued by the NBRC, and use it to access the Centre. Members must advise any changes of address and phone number. The Centres are available only for use by Members, unless otherwise permitted by the NBRC.
CENTRE ACCESS. To gain access to the Centre, student must: • be registered with CUC Goulburn • provide an ID photograph • complete an orientation at the Centre to receive access, via swipe or mobile app credentials • abide by the conditions of this agreement. The Centre will then be accessible with either a valid swipe or mobile app credentials from 5.00 am - 11.59 pm, Monday to Sunday, or as otherwise specified. Students must not: • share their physical swipe with others • provide access to other students or visitors into the building • enter the Centre earlier than 5 am • remain in the Centre from 12.00 am. Students must: • report lost or stolen swipes to CUC Goulburn staff immediately • return swipes if they no longer intend to continue to access the Centre or re-register. Unless approved by the Centre Manager, access is prohibited to: • unregistered users, which may include: o friends o family members o children o other guests • pets.
CENTRE ACCESS. (a) The Member must present their membership card, wristband or other appropriate personal identification to gain entry. A nominal fee will be charged to replace lost or stolen membership cards or wristbands. (b) Members will be photographed for safety and security reasons. For example, so that Centre staff may verify your membership and to prevent unauthorized use of the Facilities. Further details regarding how U@MQ holds and uses photos or other identification details are provided in the Privacy Statement. (c) U@MQ reserves the right, acting reasonably, to place a block on a Member’s card or wristband if it has reason to believe that a third party has used, or attempted to use, the Member’s access card or wristband to access the Centre access for a Member for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Conditions of Entry. This block may continue indefinitely and will be lifted only at management discretion.
