Centralized orientation. Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, CPS will provide all newly hired bargaining unit members an in-person orientation or training session facilitated by Central Office. A minimum of one such session will be scheduled each semester; additional orientation or training sessions may be conducted either in-person or through alternative means. The Board shall provide the Union with a 30-minute opportunity to meet with bargaining unit members during new employee orientation or training sessions.
