Central Repository. A. The DEPARTMENT and RAILROAD mutually agree to have the records of all pending projects, their status, outstanding issues, expected construction dates, and other information from the Project Tracking Process included in a Central Project Repository created by the DEPARTMENT. The Central Project Repository will be an electronic document storage and retrieval system that includes a record of all pending projects and all past projects developed since the creation of the Central Project Repository. B. The function of the Central Project Repository will be to provide a complete and accessible record of each highway project that involves a railroad. The DEPARTMENT shall provide “read onlyaccess to the RAILROAD LIAISON and other mutually agreed personnel of the RAILROAD so that the RAILROAD can remain apprised of project-status information for projects requiring RAILROAD approvals. Past agreements, project plans, construction drawings, and other records shall be retained in the Central Repository to serve as a record of past decisions and also as a resource for the PARTIES to rely on when developing new projects.
