Central Office. Lucent shall have ten (10) working days to resolve any defects or non-conformity to acceptance criteria as defined in Schedule E. Acceptance testing and final acceptance of the Central Office will include all Network Elements in the CO, i.e., Switch, DXC, etc. Remedies for failures to resolve shall be as defined in Section (a) above (including time extension).
