Common use of Central Office Clause in Contracts

Central Office. The central office of NSERVE shall consist of a Director and such other certified and non-certified staff as approved and employed by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Board of Control. The central office of NSERVE and the Agreement shall be recognized as that of the Administrative/Fiscal Agent as specified in Article II, Section 2. The central office may change pursuant to any changes in the designated Administrative/Fiscal Agent.
