Common use of Censorship Clause in Contracts

Censorship. In the event that government censorship authorities of the Territory do not permit the exhibition of the Program(s), Licensee shall furnish Licensor with a Certificate of Rejection and such Program(s) shall be deleted from the License Agreement and the License Fee (and/or the Advance if applicable) shall be reduced accordingly, with full amount refund for any moneys paid
