Cellular Modem. The PCMS field controller shall communicate with the central control software via a cellular modem utilizing IP addressing. Thirty (30) days prior to the delivery of the PCMS, the Contractor shall coordinate with VTRANS and provide the cellular modem EMEI number and any other information necessary to activate cellular service for the modem.
