Common use of Cellectis S Clause in Contracts

Cellectis S. A., a public limited liability company (société anonyme) incorporated in France under number 428 859 052 RCS Paris, having its registered office at 8 ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, Paris, France (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), represented by A▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, duly authorised for the purpose hereof.
