Cellar. For as long as the Service Receiver is using the entire Building Block C as the only service receiver at BioScape, the Service Receiver will have at its exclusive disposal an additional cellar with a total of app. 98 sqm without any further charges. In case the Service Receiver is no longer the only service receiver using Building Block C (i.e. this Agreement is terminated or the service agreement regarding the ground and first floor would be terminated), the Service Receiver will no longer be entitled to use this cellar and will empty the cellar in line with the principles set out in this Agreement.
