The "Celgene Activities" clause defines the specific actions, responsibilities, and rights that Celgene, as a party to the agreement, is permitted or required to undertake under the contract. Celgene Activities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any U.S. License Agreement or any Global License Agreement, in no event may Prothena or its Affiliates Prosecute and Maintain, or enforce, by virtue of this Agreement, any U.S. License Agreement and/or any Global License Agreement, any Patent that claims or covers any Antibody Targeting a Collaboration Target, or any product constituting, incorporating, comprising or containing any such Antibody, that Celgene or any of its Affiliates Develops, Manufactures or Commercializes under this Agreement, any U.S. License Agreement or any Global License Agreement, unless such Patent is included in the Prothena Collaboration Patents and Program Patents as expressly set forth in Article 7 of this Agreement or in the applicable provisions of any U.S. License Agreement or any Global License Agreement, as applicable.
Celgene Activities.
