Ceasing Operations. Ceasing business operations, having a receiver appointed for all or substantially all of Grantee’s assets, making a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, being declared insolvent by a court of competent jurisdiction or becoming the subject, as a debtor, of a proceeding under the federal bankruptcy code, if such proceedings are not dismissed on or before the ninetieth day after filing.
