CDT. Residence Life does not administer the grants, and a credit for the grant amount is issued to a student bill from the UROP Office after summer housing is billed. The grant does not cover all costs associated with summer housing.

CDT. After receipt of such notice and prior to Closing, Seller shall either agree at its sole cost and expense to remedy such Adverse Environmental Conditions, individually or in the aggregate, prior to Closing, to the reasonable satisfaction of Buyer and in accordance with applicable Environment Laws or decline to undertake such remediation. Failure of Buyer to notify Seller in writing of any Adverse Environmental Conditions prior to February 19, 1997 at 5:00 p.m. CDT shall be deemed Buyers acceptance of such condition. If Seller does not agree to remedy, or agrees to remedy but does not remedy, to satisfaction of Buyer all or any Adverse Environmental Conditions, then under such circumstances the following shall occur: A. Buyer may nevertheless elect to assume such Adverse Environmental Conditions and proceed to Closing; or B. Buyer may terminate this Agreement without penalty or other liability to Seller and such termination shall not be considered a default as described under this Agreement. ARTICLE XIII TAXES 13.1
