CDC DDBS DOCUMENTS. (i) any of the parties to the CDC DDBs Documents (other than the Senior Finance Parties) fails to perform or comply with any of its obligations thereunder or cancels its commitments thereunder; or (ii) any CDC DDBs Document ceases to be binding upon any party to the CDC DDBs Documents (other than the Senior Finance Parties) for any reason or at any time it is or becomes unlawful for any such party to perform any of its obligations or maintain or increase its commitments or participations under any CDC DDBs Document, in each case in circumstances or to an extent which the Majority Banks consider to be materially prejudicial to the interests of the Senior Finance Parties under the Senior Finance Documents.
