CCSB i. The Exchange grants to Agency and its Agents a non-exclusive, revocable appointment to enroll employers and employees in QHPs for all plans sold in the CCSB. This appointment shall not limit or prohibit the Exchange from granting similar appointments to other Agencies or Agents and does not prohibit Agency and its Agents from accepting appointments from any insurance companies.
