CCF Design Sample Clauses

CCF Design. With the concurrence of the Parties, METRO has contracted for the performance of preliminary engineering and final design of the CCF including specification of CCF furnishings and design of the telecommunications services. The Parties shall have the right to review and comment on the CCF design at appropriate stages in its development and shall review and approve of the final design before it is advertised for construction. METRO also shall contract for design services during construction of the CCF.
