CC Decisions. Decisions of the CC shall be made by simple majority approval. In the event that approval is not obtained within the CC, the undecided matter will be referred to a Business Development officer of each party, who shall promptly meet in person or by telephone or by televideo conference to endeavor to resolve the dispute. In the event such individuals are unable to resolve such dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the Chief Executive Officers or equivalent of the parties, who shall promptly meet in person or by televideo conference to endeavor to resolve the dispute. If such officers are unable to resolve the dispute in a timely manner, at the request of either party, it shall be settled by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.2 below, or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
