CBE Utilization. Developer, on its behalf and/or on behalf of its successors and assigns and approved by DHCD (if any), shall hire and contract with Certified Business Enterprises certified pursuant to the Small, Local and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Development and Assistance Act of 2005, as amended (the “Act”) (D.C.
