CAUWILL DATA OWNERSHIP. The Company acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or its applicable licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the method of delivery of the Service and the Documentation, all integration guides and materials, and all Intellectual Property Rights associated thereto. Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not grant the Company any Intellectual Property Rights, or any other rights or licences in respect of the Service or the Documentation.

  • Data Ownership BA acknowledges that BA has no ownership rights with respect to the Protected Information.

  • Customer Ownership Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to all Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the acquisition, accuracy and legality of Customer Data. These Terms do not grant PROS any ownership rights to Customer Data.

  • Ownership Information The Participant hereby covenants that so long as the Participant holds any LTIP Units, at the request of the Partnership, the Participant shall disclose to the Partnership in writing such information relating to the Participant’s ownership of the LTIP Units as the Partnership reasonably believes to be necessary or desirable to ascertain in order to comply with the Code or the requirements of any other appropriate taxing authority.

  • Account Ownership Notwithstanding anything else in this Exhibit or the Agreement, i) the Legal Guardian may take over as Account Owner with respect to the Newborn Stem Cells at any time before the Child reaches the age of majority by executing a new ViaCord Services Agreement, and ii) the Child may take over as Account Owner with respect to the Newborn Stem Cells at any time after reaching the age of majority by executing a new ViaCord Services Agreement.

  • Work Product Ownership All products of the Contractor’s work, including outlines, reports, charts, sketches, drawings, art work, plans, photographs, specifications, estimates, computer programs, or similar documents become the sole property of the State of Vermont and may not be copyrighted or resold by Contractor.
