If Executive's employment shall be terminated for Cause during the Employment Period, or if Executive voluntarily terminates employment during the Employment Period without Good Reason, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations (excluding the pro-rata bonus described in clause 2 of Section 8(a)(i)(A)), the continuation of Welfare Benefits for a period of 30 days after the Date of Termination, and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits, payment of a lump sum amount equal to 30 days' salary, based on Executive's Base Salary in effect as of the Date of Termination.
