Cause or Voluntarily Other than for Good Reason. In the event of the Executive’s Separation from Service with the Company due to a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company for Cause or voluntarily by the Executive other than for Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Executive the Accrued Payments within thirty (30) days following the Date of Separation from Service. Except as provided in this Section 6(b), and except for any vested benefits under any tax qualified pension or equity incentive compensation plans of the Company, and continuation of health insurance benefits on the terms and to the extent required by COBRA or any other analogous legislation as may be applicable to the Executive, the Company shall have no additional obligations under this Agreement.
