Cause and Other than for Good Reason. Change in Control. If the Bank terminates this Agreement with Cause pursuant to Section 6.2(a) above, or if Employee terminates this Agreement without Good Reason-Change in Control pursuant to Section 6.2(a) hereof, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to Employee, other than those obligations owing or accrued to, vested in, or earned by Employee through the date of termination, including, but not limited to:
