Catering Proposal/Statement of Work. Caterer shall provide University client with a written catering proposal/statement of work for each catering order, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto (each, a “Statement of Work”), indicating terms for menu selection and pricing; cancellation or changes; guest count overages and reduction; venue; date of event, beginning time of event, ending time of event; and leftover policy. A reasonable cancellation/change fee may be assessed for orders cancelled/changed less than seventy-two hours prior to the time of the event. Each Statement of Work shall be deemed accepted and incorporated into this Agreement only if signed by the authorized representative of the University department or college requesting the catering service and the Caterer. The Approved Caterer shall provide the Catering Services (a) in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the respective Statement of Work and this Agreement; (b) using personnel of required skill,

A Catering Proposal/Statement of Work shall be deemed accepted and incorporated as part of this Agreement only if signed by Caterer and the authorized representative of the University’s requesting department. ii. Event Schedule – Caterer may accept “Regular” orders up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to time of event. Orders placed less than 72 hours prior to event may be considered “Rush” and subject to approval by Caterer. Subject to Caterer’s discretion, an additional fee may be assessed by Caterer for “Rush” order. However, the fee shall be communicated to the University department representative in writing at time of order.
