Catch-all provision. Except as otherwise defined herein, any and all terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as those terms in HIPAA including: Protected Health Information, Unsecured Protected Health Information, Breach, Minimum Necessary, Notice of Privacy Practices, Use, Disclosure, Individual, Secretary, Security Incident, Subcontractor, Required by Law, Health Care Operations, Data Aggregation, and Designated Record Set.
