Catalyst R&D. Without limiting Section 5.1 and Section 5.2, Syntroleum acknowledges that Marathon shall have the right to conduct research and development on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-Tropsch Catalysts, provided that, research and development on Syntroleum’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-Tropsch Catalysts shall be limited by the provisions of Section 5.2.
