The Catalog Management clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining and updating a list of products or services offered under the agreement. It typically outlines how new items are added, existing items are modified or removed, and the process for communicating changes between the parties. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, up-to-date reference for what is available, reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth operations.
Catalog Management. The Contractor shall: a) Support the management of a service catalog; b) Generate service catalog reports on a monthly basis or as required at the task order level.
