Catalog Enablement Sample Clauses

The Catalog Enablement clause establishes the process and requirements for making a supplier's products or services available within a buyer's procurement system or digital catalog. Typically, this involves the supplier providing detailed product information, pricing, and other relevant data in a specified format so that the buyer can easily access and purchase items through their internal systems. By defining these obligations, the clause ensures a smooth integration of supplier offerings into the buyer's procurement workflow, streamlining purchasing and reducing administrative friction.
