The Operating Cash shall total Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00), with that sum to be allocated by Seller to each such store in a manner that reasonably relates to the anticipated needs of such store based on historical demands. Purchaser shall compensate Seller for the Operating Cash either through the delivery of a payment to Seller on the Closing Date or through an increase of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) in the Purchase Price contemplated herein.
