Common use of Cash Election Payment Clause in Contracts

Cash Election Payment. For each Account designated by Schwab for the payment of capital gains distributions and/or dividends in cash, Fund Company shall, if the Account is processed through NSCC, at Xxxxxx'x sole discretion, follow the method of settlement set forth in either 8.b.(ii)(1) or 8.b.(ii)(2) below, and shall, if the Account is processed outside of NSCC, follow the method of settlement set forth in 8.b.(ii)(2) below.

Cash Election Payment. For each Account designated by Schwab for the payment of capital gains distributions and/or dividends in cash, Fund Company shall, if the Account is processed through NSCC, at Xxxxxx'x Sxxxxx’x sole discretion, follow the method of settlement set forth in either 8.b.(ii)(18.c.(iii)(1) or 8.b.(ii)(28.c.(iii)(2) below, and shall, if the Account is processed outside of NSCC, follow the method of settlement set forth in 8.b.(ii)(28.c.(iii)(2) below.
