CASH COMPONENT. The Participant hereby agrees that, in connection with a Purchase Order, whether for itself or any party for which it acts, it will make available on or before the contractual settlement date (the “Contractual Settlement Date”), by means satisfactory to the Trust, and in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectuses, immediately available or same day funds estimated by the Trust to be sufficient to pay the Cash Component next determined after acceptance of the Purchase Order, together with the applicable Transaction Fee. Any excess funds will be returned following settlement of the Purchase Order. The Participant agrees to ensure that the Cash Component will be received by the issuing Fund in accordance with the terms of the Prospectuses, but in any event on or before the Contractual Settlement Date, and in the event payment of such Cash Component has not been made in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectuses or by such Contractual Settlement Date, the Participant agrees in connection with a Purchase Order to pay the amount of the Cash Component, plus interest, computed at such reasonable rate as may be specified by the Fund from time to time. The Participant shall be liable to the custodian, any sub-custodian, or the Trust for any amounts advanced by the custodian or any sub-custodian in its sole discretion to the Participant for payment of the amounts due and owing for the Cash Component. Computation of the Cash Component shall exclude any taxes, duties or other fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of the Deposit Securities, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not the Trust.
CASH COMPONENT. The Participant hereby agrees that in connection with a Purchase Order or Redemption Order, whether for itself or any party for which it acts, if the Cash Component is payable to the Fund, it will make available to the issuing Fund in same day funds an amount of cash sufficient to pay the Cash Component plus any other amounts of cash due to the Fund in connection with the purchase of any Creation Unit. Computation of this amount shall exclude any stamp duty and other similar fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of securities, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not of the Fund. Payment of the Cash Component shall be made to a designated account maintained by the Bank and shall be provided in same day or immediately available funds on or before the “Contractual Settlement Date” (as that term is defined in Annex II to this Agreement). The Participant hereby agrees to ensure that the Cash Component will be received by the issuing Fund on or before the Contractual Settlement Date, and in the event payment of the Cash Component has not been made by the Contractual Settlement Date, the Participant agrees on behalf of itself and any party for which it acts to pay the amount of the Cash Component, plus interest, computed at such reasonable rate as may be specified by the Fund from time to time. The Participant shall be liable to the Bank and/or the Fund for any amounts advanced by the Bank in its sole discretion to the Participant for payment of the amounts due and owing for the Cash Component.

The Participant shall be liable to the custodian, any sub-custodian, or the Trust for any amounts advanced by the custodian or any sub-custodian in its sole discretion to the Participant for payment of the amounts due and owing for the Cash Component. Computation of the Cash Component shall exclude any taxes, duties or other fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of the Deposit Futures, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not the Trust; provided that the Participant shall only be responsible for such taxes, duties, or other fees and expenses to the extent that such taxes, duties, or other fees and expenses arise out of or relate to the Participant’s purchases or redemptions of Creation Uxxxx.

The Participant hereby agrees that in connection with a Purchase Order, whether for itself or any party for which it acts, it will make available to the issuing Fund in same day funds for each purchase of ETF Shares an amount of cash sufficient to pay the Cash Component. Payment of the Cash Component shall be made through DTC to an account maintained by the Custodian at JPMorgan Chase Bank and shall be provided in same day or immediately available funds on or before the settlement date ("Contractual Settlement Date"). The Participant hereby agrees to ensure that the Cash Component will be received by the issuing Fund on or before the Contractual Settlement Date, and in the event payment of such Cash Component has not been made by such Contractual Settlement Date, the Participant agrees on behalf of itself or any party for which it acts in connection with a Purchase Order to pay the amount of the Cash Component, plus interest, computed at such reasonable rate as may be specified by the Fund from time to time. The Participant shall be liable to the Custodian and/or the Fund for any amounts advanced by the Custodian in its sole discretion to the Participant for payment of the amounts due and owing for the Cash Component.

The Participant hereby agrees to ensure that the Cash Component will be received by the issuing Fund on or before the Contractual Settlement Date, and in the event payment of such Cash Component has not been made by such Contractual Settlement Date, the Participant agrees on behalf of itself or any party for which it acts in connection with a Purchase Order to pay the amount of the Cash Component, plus interest, computed at such reasonable rate as may be specified by the Fund from time to time. The Participant shall be liable to the Custodian and/or the Fund for any amounts advanced by the Custodian in its sole discretion to the Participant for payment of the amounts due and owing for the Cash Component. Computation of the Cash Component shall exclude any taxes, duties or other fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of the Deposit Securities, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not the Trust.
CASH COMPONENT. (i) Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, immediately prior to the Distribution, Buyer shall pay to BVI Seller the US Purchase Price.
CASH COMPONENT. Cash component salary is equal to total salary less the amount the teacher would be required to pay to STRS.
CASH COMPONENT. In addition to the issuance of the New Shares and Convertible Bonds, CECONOMY is required to make a cash payment totaling EUR 130,000,000.00, payable in two tranches, as consideration for contribution of the C/M Shareholding to Convergenta (Cash Component). The Capital Increase through Contribution in Kind and the issu- ance of the Convertible Bonds will be made by way of a mixed Contribution in Kind in view of this additional payment obligation of CECONOMY extending beyond the granting of the New Shares and Convertible Bonds.
CASH COMPONENT. The Cash Component calculated in accordance Section 1.6(a) in immediately available funds;
CASH COMPONENT. The cash component of the Purchase Price (the "Cash Purchase Price") shall be Four Million Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($4,625,000), as adjusted in accordance with Sections 3.2 and 7.11 below.
