Common use of % Cash Back Programme Clause in Contracts

% Cash Back Programme. 12.2.1 Subject to the terms herein, Principal Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember will be entitled to 10% Cash Back on their first (1st) usage on retail spending BUT excluding cash withdrawal transactions and / or any Pre-Authorisation Transaction. 12.2.2 For Supplementary Cardmember, the 10% Cash Back is only applicable to the first (1st) Supplementary Cardmember only. 12.2.3 The maximum capping for the 10% Cash Back is Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM 20.00) for Principal Cardmember and Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM 10.00) for Supplementary Cardmember. 12.2.4 The Cash Back received by the eligible Cardmember will be credited into the Designated Account on monthly basis not later than Ten (10th) of the next following month.
