Caseload Limits. Maximum caseload for an RSP teacher will be 27 eligible students whenever the RSP teacher provides services solely at one site. Whenever an RSP teacher is tasked with providing services at more than one site, their maximum caseload must instead be 26 eligible students.

d. Nurses shall be allocated across worksites at a ratio of 1 per 750 students.
Caseload Limits. A. Caseload Limits in General. Contractor and its attorneys shall comply with the caseload standards set forth in the Standards.

Public Defender will accept all caseloads for Bremerton misdemeanor cases, except cases in which there is a conflict of interest, and following six to eight months after the beginning of the term of this Agreement, shall review the case assignments with the City to evaluate and establish caseload limits, whether on a weighted basis or not, to meet the new case limit requirements set forth in Exhibit A.

2. Should the standard for Caseload Limits be amended by statute, City ordinance, or Washington Supreme Court standard or court rule, the partiesParties will amend this Agreement with a caseload standard and funding consistent with those changes.
