CASE TYPES. Contractor shall provide legal representation in the Circuit Court of County for the types of cases included in the Caseload and Case Value Matrix.
CASE TYPES. Contractor shall provide mitigation investigation in the Circuit Court for the types of cases listed below:
(a) capital murder cases;
(b) other cases, at the request of PDSC.
