Case Transition. The Contractor’s System shall: i. Allow provider partners to have access to an electronic member search via the provider portal to initiate referrals. a. Internal system supported ‘routing’ of the referral is based on workflow. b. The ‘refer to’ field will allow Users to search community providers and partners populated in the provider database. c. Referrals are associated with the member, referring, and referred entities. ii. Display a list of qualified Community Providers/Partners that meet search criteria for a User to send an electronic referral to on behalf of a Member. iii. Allow a User to modify and/or withdraw a referral.
