Case Status. You are solely responsible for the filing of any document submitted to a court via the VJEFS. It is your responsibility to confirm that documents submitted have been accepted by the clerk of court. In addition, you are responsible for tracking and calculating any case filing deadlines. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE CASE STATUS ON THE VJEFS. FURTHERMORE, IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF A DOCUMENT MUST BE SERVED AS OPPOSED TO SIMPLY FILED.
