Case Receipt Confirmation. The receipt of Safety Reports from Promoter shall be acknowledged by SIGA in writing no later than one (1) Business Day following receipt. If acknowledgement of receipt is not received within this timeframe, then Promoter shall contact SIGA to determine if the source documents need to be re-sent.
