A wheeled receptacle with a capacity not to exceed ninety‐six (96) gallon capacity; constructed of plastic, metal and/or fiberglass, designed for automated or semi‐automated solid waste collection systems, and having a lid. Carts will be provided with ownership retained by the Contractor, as required in the Contract.
