Carrier liability. CARRIER hereby assumes the liability of a motor carrier as provided in §14706 of Title 49 of the United States Code (the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Amendment), and all claims for loss, damage and/or salvage will be handled and processed in accordance with 49 C.F.R. Part 370.
