Common use of CARPETS Clause in Contracts

CARPETS. You may put down loose carpets or rugs and use anti-slip mats on the floors of the premises. You must not put down carpets which are fitted using any adhesive or nails. You will have to pay the costs of repairing any damage caused to the wooden flooring as a result of you failing to keep to this clause.
