CARPARK Clause Samples
CARPARK. 9.1 The Resident shall park only at the designated carpark lot determined by the University’s Office of Campus Amenities (“OCA”).
9.2 The Resident shall consult OCA on any carpark issues.
CARPARK. 3.22.1 In addition to and without prejudice to Clauses 3.6 and 3.9, the Tenant shall at its own cost and expense maintain and operate the carpark in the Property.
CARPARK. The Members understands and warrants that it uses any carpark facilities unsupervised and at their own risk. World Fitness Cartel will only be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Member in connection with the Member’s use of the carpark, to the extent World Fitness Cartel’s negligent act or omission contributed to such damage or loss.
