Caremark Services. The terms of this Agreement shall be supplemented by the terms of the Pricing Agreement, which terms are incorporated herein by this reference. Caremark shall provide the Services hereunder in accordance with the PDD and the terms of this Agreement, the Pricing Agreement, and the terms of the Participating Group Addendum. Caremark may make changes to the Services from time to time and may use Claims information to improve or recommend additional Services to Participating Group, provided such changes do not materially alter any of the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement and the Pricing Agreement may be amended from time-to-time, including pursuant to Section 13.15. This Agreement, together with the Pricing Agreement and the Participating Group Addendum shall collectively serve as the complete “Agreement” (as referenced herein), detailing the parties’ respective rights and obligations.
